Notice of Public Sale
Pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code, Big Tex Self Storage, located at 9722 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E., Humble, TX 77396, will hold a public auction of property being sold to satisfy a landlord’s lien. The sale will begin at 1:00pm on January 8, 2013. Property will be sold to highest bidder for cash. Deposit for removal and cleanup may be temporarily required. Seller reserves right to not accept any bid and to withdraw property from sale. Property in each space may be sold item-by-item, in batches, or by the space.
